Primary Elective Units – Designed for Frontline Workers
Facilitated as a Professional Development Module. Our JUST BE GOOD TRAINING ACADEMY offers FIVE primary elective units:
Participants must complete our core units to be eligible to complete the elective units
Elective 1) JBGTA – A 22 Question Law Assessment: To ensure Company
Standards are met should employers need to have that extra confidence in
employees Lawful Knowledge.
Elective 2) Levels 1 – 4 Safely Control Person: using Operational Control Tactics –
guided by the Force Continuum – supported by Occupational Health & Safety
Designed for those wanting to upskill their Confidence – De-escalation /
Assertive Communication and Physical Resolution Techniques.
