The Directors of the Just Be Good Training Academy – Jon and Bruce have over 45 years of professional security operations experience, including over 15 years combined experience as Workplace Trainers & Assessors for Security Industry Licensing Purposes.

Having studied Martial Arts himself in younger years Bruce Cunningham the JBGT Academy founder, led a successful career within the security industry until an O.V.A injury in 2018 restricted his physical ability to continue, with the vision of now creating strategic Professional Development Modules for company employees based on his knowledge and experience as a frontline Security Officer and as a Workplace Trainer and Assessor for Security Licensing purposes, in partnership with another Martial Arts, law enforcement industry expert, who was the Australian Kung Fu Champion in 1995 – Mr. Jon (Rashid) Moorehead who also has over 25 years of industry experience as a Security Officer and 15 years’ experience as a Workplace Trainer & Assessor for Security licensing purposes.  We officially registered the JBGT Academy business in October 2023.
